How the Marriage Intensive Works

Led by Tom Blaylock, who specializes in marriage coaching, this experience involves preparation work and 2 in-person sessions. You will:

   - Complete two assessment tools and other assignments in advance
   - Engage in two in-person days for the intensive sessions.
   - Develop outcomes and action steps during the sessions
   - Participate in two online coaching sessions after the intensive for follow-up and goal setting.

Our goal is to equip you and your spouse with new perspectives and a clear, precise plan for the health of your marriage.

Meet Your Marriage Coach

tom-1Tom Blaylock brings over 20 years of coaching experience and 12 years of pastoral experience. 

In 2020, Tom introduced the GAP Coaching System and co-authored Marriage on Mission with his wife, Sandi, in 2016. His leadership philosophy emphasizes self-awareness, strong family relationships, and generational impact. An ICF-certified coach and MBTI Certified Practitioner, Tom enjoys writing, tennis, beach walks, and his 2004 Mini-Cooper. He and Sandi have three children and reside in South Carolina.
